Notes of lemon, hops, herbs and lemongrass, giving it a refreshing, delicate and slightly floral flavour. The bitterness is from Artemisia Absinthum; the clue is in the name as this is the source of the bitterness and green colouring in absinthe. Apollo Hops are also used for a combination of bitterness and floral flavour.

Perfect pairing with our local Hampshire Twisted Nose gin and the popular Tarquins Cornish gin.
