Bladnoch 13-Year-Old is a refreshing Lowland malt that marries delicate florals and honeyed citrus with the crisp grassiness of freshly cut fields, aged entirely in ex-Bourbon casks.

Production: New make spirit (69% ABV) matures in hand-picked ex-Bourbon casks for thirteen years, allowing seasonal dynamics to infuse floral, honey and grassy nuances. A pure expression of Lowland character in every drop.

Pairing Suggestions: Honey-glazed goat’s cheese, lemon panna cotta or fresh garden asparagus tempura.

Tasting Note: Nose of delicate florals, honey, citrus and cut grass followed by flavours of Parma violets, fresh apples and wood spice. The finish is sweet yet refreshingly clean.
