Named for the Cinnabar Moth, a rare species which is found at the Portsmouth Distillery's Fort Cumberland home, Cinnabar is a cracking English cane rum, spiced with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, Szechuan pepper and orange peel. It's sweetened with a touch of Cosa Rican sugar syrup, with a drop of vanilla added prior to bottling for good measure. A great rum for your Christmas hip flask.
