A blend of Scottish Single malts that undergoes a 'double maturation'. Firstly matured in a mix of new and refill American oak casks followed by a second maturation period in custom made barrels that incorporate French oak heads and butts with American oak staves. Spice Tree is a rich, intense malt whisky redolent of baking spices and layered with toasty oak accents that complement the underlying distillery character.
