Tasting Note:  The crowning jewel of the Diplomático range, 'Ambassador' is finished for roughly two years in sweet Pedro Ximénez barrels.  It shows off amazing rich, raisin, apricot fruits, with sticky cinnamon, brown sugar and tobacco, and a lingering liquorice root warmth.  A truly special rum.
