This expression of Glengoyne showcases contrast and harmony. Marrying together whiskies wholly matured in bouron and sherry casks in perfect balance creates a fascinationg interplay between the resinous, sweetly dark orchard fruit notes imparted by sherry maturation and the brighter vanilla flavours of bourbon wood. 

Nose -  Fresh Hay, Malt Flour, Rosehip, Citrus and dried fruit

Palate -  Clean with a gentle sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie.

Finish -  Pleasant dry finish with gentle spice and lingering oak.
