Corry holds an impressive library of Irish Whiskey casks which it has plundered to produce this stunning 15-Year-Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey. 6 top quality ex-Bourbon casks were hand picked for their floral, bright, rich character, vatted together and then transferred for finishing in a Moscatel Sherry Butt to add an extra layer of complexity. The sum total is a gorgeous Irish Single malt displaying peachy fruits, soft berries, honeysuckle and jasmin, orange blossom, a touch of grapefruit and soft honey. The palate is silky smooth, with hoeycomb, milk chocolate and that sweet, gentle florality. A truly gorgeous bottle of Whiskey.
