Raw Honey Gin with Zesty Rasberry Honey

A classical gin with 6 botanicals with Zesty Raspberry Honey added after distillation to slightly sweeten this Juniper forward gin. 70cl 43% ABV

 

The rate we sweeten this gin at is only 1 gram of honey per double measure of gin, so don't go expecting a super sweet liqueur! Serve over plenty of ice along with pink peppercorns and lemon peel garnish, paired with a premium Indian Tonic water.
