Sharish Blue Magic Gin, 40%

This fabulous gin comes all the way from Portugal, Alentejo to be precise. The vivid blue colour comes naturally from one of the 11 botanicals called Clitoria Ternatea which releases the pigment during the distillation process. It's magic trick however is that when you add tonic, it turns pink! This is not a gimmick, believe us, as this gin tastes spectacular with flavours of orange zest, apple, vanilla and various spices. 

Botanicals: Strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon, angelica root, ginger, licorice, coriander seeds, clear juniper and Clitoria ternatea.
