Starward Ginger Beer Cask Batch 6, Single Malt Australian Whisky, 48%

From the Starward Distillery's whisky 'Projects' this 6th release of the incredibly popular Ginger Beer Cask aged whisky has also seen a little time in Apera barrels (an Australian dessert wine). Bottled in 2021, it's roughly 4 years old, but packs a mighty flavour despite it's youth, thanks to both the casks and the climate of the Melbourne based distillery. 

Tropical orange fruits, jamiacan ginger cake, ginger chocolate, pineapple, fresh vanilla and soft oaky spices combine in this complex, fun, and fascinating Single Malt Australian Whisky.
