One of Scotland's last few independent distilleries, The 'GlenAllachie' has been creating stunning Single Malt whiskies since 1967. New Master Distiller Billy Walker has a knack of producing exquisite whiskies with deep natural colour and flavour from some of the worlds finest oak casks. This 15-Year-Old is one of his finest yet.

Tasting note from the distillery:

Colour - Rich Mahogany

Nose - Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with notes of fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon.

Taste - Lashings of fig syrup, mocha and treacle, followed by dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, fused with ginger on the finish.
