This spirit began its journey as a coffee stout brewed from 100% malted barley and infused with coffee, which adds a distinctive depth. Matured in American oak barrels air-dried for 24 months and expertly crafted at the Kelvin Cooperage, it’s an experience of vibrant, layered flavour.

Classified as an "Experimental Malt" due to the addition of coffee, this creation may not fit traditional definitions of whiskey, but it’s an unmistakable standout. Bottled at 52.5% ABV and with only 315 bottles released, it’s a rare gem for adventurous collectors and spirits lovers alike.

Tasting Note: At first sip, #09 hits with a spicy, green pepper punch—brightened by a hint of fresh jalapeño that keeps things interesting. Freshly ground coffee aromas mingle with a subtle sweetness of poached pear, bringing a rich, almost dessert-like balance.
