Tasting Note: Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice. Primary maturation in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine casks. This process is followed by an extended finishing in barrels which have held Morris multi-award-winning Muscat fortified wine, providing an elevated Australian Single Malt Whisky expression.
