Tobermory 21-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 46.3%

A new addition to the Tobermory core range, the fabulous 21YO was originally distilled into whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015.  Non-chill-filtered and bottled at natural colour with an abv of 46.3%, the result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram with notes of cherry wood, brown sugar and caramelised pineapples.

Tasting note from the Distillery:

Colour:  Deep Gold

Nose:  Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle.  Furniture wax

Palate:  Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee

Finish:  Fresh, light and sweet
