Made entirely from malted barley, this whiskey represents the foundation of Westland’s vision: to create a spirit that celebrates local ingredients, bold creativity, and the natural character of the Pacific Northwest.

This exceptional single malt is crafted from a complex grain bill featuring Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich, Extra Special, Pale Chocolate, Brown, and Bairds Heavily Peated malts. Matured for over 40 months in a mix of new and used American oak, first-fill bourbon barrels, and Oloroso sherry casks, it balances layers of creamy vanilla, roasted malt, and subtle smoke. The result is a whiskey that feels both modern and timeless: rich, smooth, and unmistakably Westland.
