Filey Bay Moscatel Finish, Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky, 46%

This field to bottle single malt was initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks, before being transferred to casks from Spain that had previously held Moscatel sherry for up to 10 years. Finishing in Moscatel casks has allowed this whisky to take on more wood spice and layers of fruit such as raisin, orange and honeysuckle on top of our light and fruity bourbon house style.
