Filey Bay Peated Finish, Batch 2, Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky, 46%

Primarily matured in first fill bourbon casks laid down in the winter of 2018, before a secondary maturation in peated casks, this whisky brings the west coast of Scotland to the east coast of Yorkshire. Filey Bay have specifically chosen these casks based on the subtle smoky style of the peated whisky they originally held, and this character really comes through.

Tasting notes: Light coastal caramel, vanilla and apple flavours with a soft peat smoke and subtle citrus.
