Crafted in the heart of the Highlands, GlenWyvis Batch 01/19 combines winter and summer runs of Concerto and Laureate barley, fermented for 120 hours to enhance depth and complexity. Distilled in squat pot stills and matured in a unique trio of speciality casks, this whisky weaves together layers of flavour: ex-red wine barrels bring black fruit and spice, Moscatel casks add floral citrus notes, and a rare Marsala cask contributes an irresistible sweetness. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, natural in colour and without chill filtration, it’s a true tribute to small-batch craftsmanship.
